With over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, higher education, and municipal public safety, Jim Bennett has spent the majority of his career focused on violence prevention, crisis communication, and developing strategies to keep people and places safe.

Today Jim brings that experience to audiences everywhere as a speaker, trainer, and consultant. Whether he's delivering a keynote to a packed conference hall or walking a leadership team through a tabletop exercise around a small table, he has a gift for turning complex safety concepts into something practical, memorable, and immediately usable. Audiences don't just leave informed. They leave equipped.

Jim is the Executive Director of Bolante.NET, where for years he has trained and prepared law enforcement officers, educators, and organizational leaders to recognize risk before it becomes tragedy. His two books, Are We Good? De-escalation for Real Life and Are We Good? The Campus Safety Playbook Nobody Hands You, grew directly out of that work, and the same principles run through everything he speaks on and teaches.
